Gregory Beck, a principal of Kreiner & Peters, joined the law firm in 1999. Prior to that, Greg was an associate in two law firms, handling primarily personal injury defense work. He was involved in various mass tort litigation cases including the MGM Hotel fire case in Las Vegas and the Air Canada disaster. He was then in-house counsel for a large health insurance company where he, at various times, managed litigation, the subrogation department, and the anti-fraud department.
Greg has spoken frequently at the local, state, and national level about subrogation and anti-fraud activities. Greg brings both a legal and management prospective when it comes to subrogation activities. His understanding of the demands made upon those handling subrogation matters, whether in-house in an insurance company or as a third party administrator assists our clients in maximizing their recoveries.
