Daran Kiefer, a principal of Kreiner & Peters, joined the law firm in 1994 upon graduation from law school. Daran's fourteen years as an attorney has been marked by his constant defense of subrogation rights and as a staunch advocate for their protection. Daran currently serves on the Board of Directors, as national Amicus Committee Chair and on the faculty of Subro College for the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP) He has been recognized by NASP in 2006 receiving the President's Award for dedication to subrogation and again in 2008 as Board Member of the Year.
Daran continues to speak about subrogation rights at national conferences such as RIMS, SIIA and NASP, as well as, numerous seminars to lawyers and judges. Daran's position with NASP and his understanding of subrogation protection provides a valuable resource and asset to our clients in protecting and prosecuting subrogation claims.
